Who Can Use 365acr

365acr is open to individuals who meet all three of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times when using the platform:

• You are at least 18 years old. We do not accept accounts from anyone under 18, and we will close any account where underage use is confirmed.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment only. Commercial or professional wagering on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list and you have not been asked by 365acr to close your account previously.

365acr operates in accordance with its licensing obligations. It is your responsibility to check whether online gambling is permitted in your specific location before you register. 365acr does not constitute legal advice on the laws of any jurisdiction.

Account Registration & Verification

Each player may hold only one 365acr account. Opening duplicate accounts — including under different names, phone numbers or payment wallets — is a breach of these terms and will result in immediate closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

What you provide must be accurate

During registration you will be asked for your name, date of birth, mobile number and preferred payment method. All information must match your official identity documents. Providing false details invalidates your account and any winnings derived from it.

KYC verification before your first withdrawal

Before processing your first withdrawal, 365acr requires identity verification (KYC). Accepted documents are:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving Licence

Document review normally completes within 6 hours. Submitting clear, valid documents speeds the process. Blurry scans or expired IDs will cause delays and may require re-submission.

Keeping your account secure

You are responsible for the security of your password and login credentials. 365acr staff will never ask for your password by chat or email. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our 24/7 live chat immediately and we will freeze the account while we investigate.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Limits

365acr supports the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Bank Transfer and Upay. All transactions are processed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka).

Withdrawal requests submitted after KYC verification are typically processed within 13 minutes. The first-time withdrawal may take up to 2 hours if document review is still in progress. 365acr does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals; your payment provider may apply their own charges.

How wagering is calculated

A 9× wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling 9 times the combined value of your deposit and the bonus amount before you can withdraw bonus-derived funds. For example: if you deposit ৳500 and receive a ৳1,100 bonus (220%), the total amount to wager is ৳14,400 (৳1,600 × 9).

Games that count toward wagering

Slots, crash games and fishing games generally contribute 100% toward wagering. Live casino table games may contribute at a reduced rate. The specific contribution rate is shown on each game's bonus information page within the 365acr platform.

Bonus abuse

365acr monitors accounts for patterns that suggest bonus abuse — including low-risk wagering strategies used solely to clear requirements, or coordinated play between multiple accounts. Accounts found to be abusing bonus terms will have their bonus balance voided.

Fair Play & Game Rules

All games available on 365acr are supplied by licensed providers including Red Tiger, PG Soft, FA Chai, KA Gaming, JILI and Spribe. Each game uses a certified random number generator (RNG) or, in the case of live tables, real dealers and physical equipment streamed in real time.

365acr does not manipulate game outcomes. If a technical fault disrupts a game round mid-play, the round is voided and the bet amount is returned to your account balance. Winnings generated during a provably faulty round are not paid out.

Disconnection during a live game

If you lose your internet connection during a live casino round, your position in the game is held for a brief period. If the connection is not restored in time, the platform applies the most logical outcome available (e.g. stand on a blackjack hand). You accept this condition when playing live games.

Actions That Get Accounts Closed

The following behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using software, bots, scripts or any automated tool to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage. If you discover a bug, report it to support immediately.
• Opening more than one account under any combination of name, device or payment method.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes, including in live poker or card game rooms.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your age.
• Attempting to launder money through deposits and withdrawals without genuine gambling activity.
• Threatening or abusing 365acr staff or other players in any communication channel.

365acr reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation when any of the above is suspected. We will notify you by email at [email protected] and give you a reasonable opportunity to respond.

Our Liability to You

365acr is not liable for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control — including internet outages on your side, errors by third-party payment processors, or force majeure events. Our liability for direct losses caused by a proven platform error is limited to the value of the affected transaction.

We do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance windows are announced in advance wherever possible. During unscheduled downtime, open bets will be settled on the basis of available data once systems are restored.

Responsible Gaming Commitments

365acr takes responsible gaming seriously. We provide tools that help you stay in control of your gambling activity. These include deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options — all accessible from your account settings.

Updates to These Terms

365acr may update these Terms of Service to reflect changes in our products, payment options or legal obligations. When we make a material change, we will notify registered players by email or by a notice on the platform at least 7 days before the change takes effect.

Continuing to use the platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with a change, you must stop using 365acr and withdraw your balance before the update takes effect. We will process valid withdrawal requests in full during this window.
